- Pray, and seek God about your calling into student ministry.
- Become a member of Church of the Redeemer.
- Meet with Shaun Lafferty, the Student Ministries Director.
- Fill out the RSM Leader Application. Download it here.
- Email Janet Fritschle to complete the Ministry Safe Training.
